摘要:
以PVA 为包埋剂对黄孢原毛平革菌进行固定, 并建立包埋颗粒对染料比布列希猩红的反应体系。表明:PVA 浓度为 10 %较适合;交联剂H3BO3 的pH 为6.7 有利于成球;海藻酸钠的加入可防止粘连发生;复合包埋、冷冻法、Al2 (SO4)3 处理 小球或在培养基中添加CaCO3 等, 均能或提高小球的机械强度或促进降解反应, 但有时也会引起负面效应。
Abstract:
Phanerochaete chrysosporium w as entrapped with PVA and the reaction system for dye Biebrich Scarlet w ith entrapment particles was set up .The study showed :the appropriate concent ration of PVA was 10 %;pH6.7 of crosslinking agent H3BO3 was of benefit to the forming of beads ;the addi tion of sodium alginate could prevent agglomeration ;the complex -supports -entrapment , the f reezing mehthod , the treatment of beads w ith Al2 (SO4)3 or the supplemnt of CaCO3 in culture medium ect .could increase the strength of beads o r promote the deg rading of dye , but it was possible that they also caused some negative effects .
