摘要:
用过氧化尿素,双氧水,过硫酸氢钾等氧化剂,对4-氨基-2-(环丙胺基)-5-氰基-6-甲硫基嘧啶进行氧化研究,得到4-氨基-2-(环丙胺基)-5-氰基-6-甲磺酰基嘧啶,并对其工艺路线做了优化。确定n(4-氨基-2-(环丙胺基)-5-氰基-6-甲硫基嘧啶):n(钨酸钠):n(乙酸):n(过氧化尿素):n(二氯甲烷)=1:0.002:1.48:3:20。
Abstract:
Urea peroxide,hydrogen peroxide and potassium persulfate were used as oxidants to study the oxidation of 4-amino-2-(cyclopropylamino)-6-(methylthio)pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile.Successful oxidation of 4-amino-2-(cyclopropylamino)-5-cyano-6-methylsulfonylpyrimidine and the process route were optimized.The mole ratio n(4-amino-2-(cyclopropylamino)-6-(methylthio)pyrimidine-5-carbonitrile)was determined:n(sodium tungstate):n(acetic acid):n(urea peroxide):n(dichloromethane)=1:0.002:1.48:3:20.
