摘要:
为提高硫辛酸厂水解废水的可生化性,采用吸附法对其进行预处理。比较了粉状活性炭、颗粒活性炭、凹土及树脂等吸附剂对废水中COD的吸附效果,结果表明颗粒活性炭吸附效果较好。采用间歇试验法对颗粒活性炭的吸附动力学和吸附热力学进行了研究,用准一级、准二级和内扩散模型进行了动力学分析,回归结果表明,准二级模型更准确反映吸附动力学。确定了Langmuir和Freundlich等温线的线性相关系数,结果揭示Freundlich等温线与实验数据有较好的拟合度。
Abstract:
Adsorption pretreatment method was used to improve the biochemical ability of hydrolyzed wastewater of lipoic acid plant. The adsorption effects of powdery activated carbon, granular activated carbon(GAC), attapulgite clay and resin were compared, and the granular activated carbon was selected as the optimum adsorbent. Adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics behavior of GAC were studied using a batch experimental approach. Kinetic analysis was conducted using pseudo-first order, pseudo-second order and internal diffusion models. Regression results showed that the adsorption kinetics was more accurately represented by a pseudo second order model. The linear correlation coefficients of the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms were determined and the results revealed that the Freundlich isotherm fits the experimental results well.
