摘要:
综合运用1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、1H-1H COSY、HSQC和HMBC一维和二维核磁共振技术,详细对比研究了依替米星、1,3-二-N-乙基庆大霉素C1a和1,6’-二-N-乙基庆大霉素C1a的结构特点,尤其是乙基所处不同氨基位点对于邻近碳氢化学位移的影响,建立了一种快速、准确分析氨基糖苷类抗生素结构的方法。
Abstract:
The structure characteristics of ETM, 1,3-di-N-ethyl GMC1a and 1,6’-di-N-ethyl GMC1a have been comparatively studied in detail by means of 1D and 2D NMR technologies including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, 1H-1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC. In particular, the effects on the chemical shift of neighboring carbon and hydrogen influenced by ethyl group located on different amino groups were investigated. A rapidly and accurately structural analysis method for aminoglycoside antibiotics was established.
