多层复合T形管分离器是最新型两相流分离器,但其工业应用尚待更深更广的研发。以煤油和水为液液两相,在分层流和带混合界面的分层流流型下,实验研究了双层复合T形管和4层复合T形管内液液两相流的相分离和分离效果。结果表明,分层流时两种多层复合T形管分离器能按理想分离过程分离两相流,可以实现两相的完全分离。流型中混合程度增加对相分离不利,但总体而言,多层复合T形管分离器的分离效果依然好于简单T和单层复合T形管。在混合程度较高的流型时,水相占比也对多层复合T形管的相分离效果产生一定影响。
Abstract:
The multitube T-junction separator is a novel and unexplored phase separator. Its application in the industries is waiting for more exploration and more research and development. Taking kerosene and water as two working fluids, phase separation experiments were carried out to explore the phase separation effect of 3-layer and 5-layer multitube T-junction separators under the flow patterns of the stratified and stratified with mixing at the interface. The results show that these two separators can split the liquid-liquid two-phase stratified flow in a way of ideal phase separation and complete phase separation of the two-phases can be achieved with the separation efficiency of 100%. With the mixedness of the two phases increased the phase separation efficiency will drop. However, the separation effect for the multitube T-junction separators with multi-layer is generally better than that for single T and 2-layer multitube T-junction separators. The water cut also affects the phase separation results when the flow pattern goes beyond the stratified flow.
