摘要:
采用扫描电镜与能谱仪及电子万能试验机,测试了Al5TiB变质处理Zn-6Al-3Mg合金的显微组织与力学性能。研究结果表明,Al5TiB加入量对Zn-6Al-3Mg合金凝固组织有明显影响。当Al5TiB加入量为0.1%和0.6%时,Zn-6Al-3Mg合金中初生Al-fcc和Zn-hcp相的细化效果最好; 当Al5TiB加入量为0.6%时,该合金中的共晶组织细化效果最好。随着Al5TiB变质剂加入量的增加,Zn-6Al-3Mg合金的抗拉强度呈现先明显升高再缓慢下降最后急剧上升的趋势,延伸率呈现先急剧升高再明显下降最后缓慢上升的趋势。当Al5TiB加入量为0.6%时,Zn-6Al-3Mg合金的综合机械性能最好。
Abstract:
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Al5TiB modified Zn-6Al-3Mg alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer and electronic universal testing machine. The results show that the adding amount of Al5TiB has an obvious influence on the solidification structure of Zn-6Al-3Mg alloy. When the adding mass ratio of Al5TiB is 0.1% and 0.6%, the refining effect of primary Al-fcc and Zn-hcp phases in Zn-6Al-3Mg alloy is the best. When the adding mass ratio of Al5TiB is 0.6%, the refining effect of the eutectic microstructure in the alloy is the best. With the increase of the adding mass ratio of Al5TiB, the tensile strength of Zn-6Al-3Mg alloy increases first, then decreases slowly, and increases remarkably at last. At the same time, the elongation increases first, then decreases sharply, and increases slowly at last. When the adding mass ratio of Al5TiB is 0.6%, the Zn-6Al-3Mg alloy possesses the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
