摘要:
以硅酸钠、硫酸和硫酸铝为原料制备了无机高分子复合聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂Q6a 及Q6b , 对染整工业排放的靛蓝废水的絮 凝性能优于聚合氯化铝, 更优于聚硅酸铁, 加入10 分钟左右, 絮凝物即可沉降, 废水经絮凝处理后透光率达到99 %。又以原 料淀粉、丙烯酰胺、ETA 开发成功了有机高分子阳离子絮凝剂F2 , Q6a 与F2 配合絮凝时效果更好。
Abstract:
The Composite polymeric silicates Q6a and Q6b , inorganic polymeric flocculants , w ere prepared from Na2SiO3 , H2SO4 and Al2 (SO4)3 .The test s showed that the flocculation effect s of Q6a and Q6b on indigo dyeing w astew ater were better than those of polymeric aluminum chlo ride and polymeric i ron silicate .The transparency of w astew ater t reated by Q6a w as up to 99 %after 10 minutes .Cation polymeric f locculant F2 w as prepared by reaction of starch , acry lamide and ETA .The f locculantion effect of the mix ture of Q6a and F2 was even bet ter than using them separately .
