在双螺杆挤出机上, 采用熔融接枝法, 制备了高抗冲聚苯乙烯( HIPS ) 和马来酸酐( MA) 接枝共聚物( HIPS - g - MA) , 考察了原料配比, 螺杆温度及转速对接枝物力学性能和红外峰高比的影响, 同时考察了接枝物对HIPS / PA- 6 共混体系 的增容作用。结果显示, 原料配比为w ( HIPS/ MA/ DCP) = 100/ 1/ 0.1, 螺杆转速为180 r/ min, 螺杆温度为Ⅰ??140 ℃??,Ⅱ 160 ℃??,Ⅲ??180 ℃??, Ⅳ??180 ℃, Ⅴ 20
Abstract:
The graft copolymer of malice anhy dride ( MA) and hig h impact polystyrene ( HIPS) was prepared. T he content of MA in the graf t copolymer was measured by means of IR. The result s showed that the condit ion for acquiring opt imum graft ing- ratio w as that w (HIPS/ MA/ DCP) = 100/ 1/ 0??1. Screw rotat ion speed was 180 r/ min, processing temperatures Ⅰ 140 ℃?? , Ⅱ 160 ℃, Ⅲ180 ℃??,Ⅳ?? 180 ℃??,Ⅴ?? 200 ℃. Then, theⅡ role of the graft copolymer as a compatibilizer was also invest igated. SEM photomicrographs show ed that the size of dispersed phase decreased with the adding of the g raft copolymer in HIPS/ PA6 blends. Improvement of the mechanical propert ies indicates that the HIPS - g - MA is a effect ive compatibilizer to the HIPS/ PA6 blends.
