摘要:
C9 馏分经过预处理, 再以三氟化硼乙醚溶液( BF3??Et 2O) 作聚合催化剂合成C9 石油树脂, 考察了催化剂用量、反应温 度、反应时间、抗氧剂对产品质量的影响。合适的工艺条件是: 将C9 馏份进行蒸馏, 收集130~ 180 ℃??之间的馏份, 用0. 3% ~ 0.5% BF3??Et 2O 在2~ 10 ℃下反应4 h, 用10%Na2CO3 水溶液中和并脱除催化剂, 水洗后减压蒸馏可得到色泽浅、软化点高 的C9 石油树脂。同时介绍了石油树脂的加氢改性和化学改性方法, 进一步改善了石油树脂的性能。
Abstract:
C9 petroleum resins have been prepared by pret reatment of C9 petroleum fractions, in the presence of catalyst BF3??Et 2O. The quantity of catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time and ant iox idant on product quality were studied. T he reasonable process condit ions were described as follows: the distillates w ith a boiling range of 130- 180 ℃ obtained by dist illation of C9 fraction were polymerized 4 h at 2- 10 ℃?? in the presence of 0.?3%- 0.5% BF3??Et2O. The product was neut ralized with 10% Na2CO3, washed and dist illed in vacuum giving light- colored C9 pet roleum resins with high softening point . Hydrogenat ion modification and chemical modification of C9 petroleum resins were studied, providing pet roleum resins with a high quality.
