摘要:
以硅烷交联聚乙烯为骨架, 以石蜡为相变贮能材料, 采用“溶解- 交联”和“交联- 溶胀”两种不同工艺方法制备了石 蜡/ 交联聚乙烯高分子固- 固相变贮能材料, 并对其热机械性能、力学性能及使用性能进行了研究。研究结果表明, 制得的相 变材贮能料具有较高的相变焓。经过一段时间(10 h 左右) 稳定性测试, 石蜡的迁移量不再增加, 材料性能基本稳定, 相变材 料的相变焓、相变温度变化不大。
Abstract:
Through“dissolving - crosslinking”and“crosslinking - swelling”techniques , Paraffin/ XL PE polymeric solid - solid p hase - change energy storage material , in which Si - XL PE served as supporting material and paraffin served as p hase change material , was prepared. Then thermo - mechanical proper ties , mechanical properties and it s practical application were st udied. The results showed that the ob tained p hase change - energy storage material showed high p hase change ent halpy and the properties of p hase change material varied as the function of paraffin contents. The stability test showed t hat af ter a bout 10 hour s , the quantity of transferred paraffin did not increase any more , the mechanical properties of material became stable , the phase change enthalpy and phase change temperat ure did not change too much , either .
