摘要:
以无水三氯化铝为催化剂, 用苯和1 , 3 -口恶嗪-2 -酮进行氨丙基化反应合成了二氨丙基苯。研究了物料物质的量比、 反应时间、温度对反应的影响, 确定了合成二氨丙基苯的较佳反应条件。通过DSC 对环氧树脂中该固化剂的加入量和固化工艺 条件进行了研究, 对环氧树脂固化物的力学性能等指标进行了考察。
Abstract:
Di (aminopropyl) benzene w as synthesized by benzene and 1 , 3 -oxazinan -2 -one in the presence o f anhydrous aluminum chloride as cataly st .The influences of molar ratio o f material , reaction temperature and time w ere studied , and the optimal reaction co ndi tions w ere achieved .The study w as do ne fo r the curing process co ndi tions by DSC and the performance indexe s o f curing resin system .
