摘要:
为了考察不同粒径的脂质体包裹二甲基姜黄素对前列腺癌细胞增殖活性的影响,采用薄膜分散法制备脂质体,再通过脂质体挤出器得到184、215.3、250.5 nm的脂质体,包药二甲基姜黄素后,进行前列腺癌细胞给药。使用CCK-8细胞增殖活性检测试剂盒检测不同粒径大小的脂质体包裹二甲基姜黄素对前列腺癌细胞的杀伤效果。通过CCK-8测定,得到粒径为184 nm的二甲基姜黄素脂质体对前列腺癌细胞的杀伤力最大,而粒径为250.5 nm的二甲基姜黄素脂质体对前列腺癌细胞的杀伤力较小。在一定范围内包药脂质体粒径对二甲基姜黄素抗癌能力随着粒径减小而增强。
Abstract:
This study is to investigate the anti-cancer ability of liposomes encapsulating Dimethyl curcumin with different sizes in prostate cancer cells. Lipsomes encapsulating Dimethyl curcumin were prepared using the film dispersion technique, then through lipsome extruder and dialysis, 184 nm, 215.3 nm and 250.5 nm lipsomes were obtained for prostate cancer cells administration. The results showed that the liposomes encapsulating Dimethyl curcumin with the size of 184 nm could more efficiently induce the prostate cancer cells death than the liposomes with the size of 250.5 nm. The anti-cancer ability are enhanced with the decrease of particle size.
