摘要:
由活性双氟砜化合物与3-氨基苯酚经芳香亲核反应,合成了2种新型含氟芳香二胺单体:2,2’-双[3-(4-三氟甲基苯基)-4-(3-氨基苯氧基)苯基]砜(2a)与2,2’-双{3-[3,5-二(三氟甲基)苯基]-4-[3-氨基苯氧基]苯基}砜(2b); 进一步利用该二胺单体分并与3,3’,4,4’-联苯四甲酸二酐经高温溶液缩聚成功制备了2种含三氟甲苯侧基结构聚酰亚胺(3a和3b)。该类含氟聚酰亚胺具有优异的溶解成膜性,可通过其聚合物溶液浇铸得到无色高透明薄膜。所制聚酰亚胺薄膜起始透光波长在342~356 nm之间,450 nm处的透过率均超过80%。该类聚酰亚胺还具有高的热稳定性和较低的介电常数,1 MHz下的介电常数在2.89~2.98。
Abstract:
Two new fluorinated aromatic diamine monomers: 2,2’-bis[3-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-4-(3-amino-phenoxy)phenyl]sulfone(2a)and 2,2’-bis{3-[3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)-phenyl]-4-(3-amino-phenoxy)phenyl}sulfone(2b), were synthesized via the nucleophilic substitution using the reactive difluorodiphenyl sulfone and 3-aminophenol. Then they were employed to prepare fluorinated polyimides(PI 3a-3b)with 3,3’,4,4’-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride via a one-step high-temperature polycondensation. It swas found that these polyimides exhibited excellent solubility and good film formation ability. Flexbile and strong films based on these fluorinated polyimides could be conveniently obtained by casting solution. The thin films displayed high optical transparency, with the cutoff wavelength at 342-356 nm and transmittance higher than 80% at 450 nm. They also possessed high thermal stability and low dielectric constants with the values in the range of 2.89-2.98 at 1 MHz.
