摘要:
为了研究水生植物腐烂过程对水体内源DOM的贡献及其降解机制,以草型湖泊的优势水生植物——狐尾藻为研究对象,进行室内模拟实验,通过三维荧光光谱技术分析其从开始腐烂至完全腐烂过程中DOM的变化规律。结果表明:狐尾藻腐烂过程中会释放大量的类蛋白物质,荧光组分由最初的单个T2组分逐渐检测出T1,B1,B2和A组分,各组分的荧光峰强度也在逐渐升高; 经细菌进一步降解利用,荧光峰强度开始下降,且组分数量逐渐减少,最后只剩难降解的A组分。相关性分析发现:腐烂过程中,DOM浓度与TN,TP,NH+4-N呈显著正相关,与DO呈显著负相关关系。
Abstract:
In order to study the contribution of aquatic plants decay to endogenous DOM and degradation mechanism of DOM, Myriophyllum which is dominant species in macrophytic lake was chosen as the research object.Through the simulation experiment, three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectra was applied to investigate the variation regularity of DOM from the beginning to decay completely.The results showed that a large amount of protein-like substance was released during the decay of myriophyllum, and led to the increase of some fluorescence components such as T1,B1,B2 and A.The intensity of fluoresence peaks decreased rapidly with the further degradation and utilization by bacteria, the number of fluorescence components decreased gradually and only the refractory A component is left. The correlation analysis found that the DOC and TN,TP,NH+4-N have a significant positive correlation, DOC and DO have a significant negative correlation.
