摘要:
优化QuEChERS前处理方法,结合气相色谱-串联四极杆质谱技术,建立了蔬菜中58种禁限用和高风险农药残留测定方法。样品用含体积分数为0.1%乙酸的乙腈溶液提取,经基质分散固相萃取净化,气相色谱-质谱/质谱法测定。结果表明:在线性范围0.010~0.200 mg/L内,58种农药的线性相关系数(r2)均大于0.99,定量限均为0.010 mg/kg。分析物添加水平在0.010,0.050 mg/kg和0.100 mg/kg时,回收率范围在71.2%~120%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.68%~14.8%。方法快速简便、灵敏度高,重现性和稳定性好,适用于日常蔬菜中农药多残留的检测。
Abstract:
A method for the determination of 58 banned, restricted and high risk pesticide residues in vegetables was developed by gas chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)with modified QuEChERS pretreatment method. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile containing 0.1% acetic acid, cleaned-up with dispersive solid phase extraction, determined by GC-MS/MS. The results showed that the calibration curves of 58 pesticides were linear in the range of 0.010—0.200 mg/L with correlation coefficients(r2)higher than 0.99. The limits of quantitations for the method were 0.010 mg/kg. The recoveries were 71.2%—120% with added concentration as 0.010,0.050 mg/kg and 0.100 mg/kg, the RSD of the method were between 1.68% and 14.8%. The method showed the advantages of quickness, simplicity, high sensitivity, good reproducibility and stability, and was suitable for the analysis of pesticide residues in daily vegetables.2
