摘要:
首先以合成云母为载体,采用氢化聚二甲基硅氧烷(KF-9901)对其进行表面改性制得疏水性云母核体; 然后通过溶剂蒸发法制备不同比例高性能云母/MBBT复合紫外屏蔽材料。采用XRD, FT-IR,TG,TEM和UV-Vis等技术对所得的复合材料进行表征。结果表明,MBBT经过溶解再结晶后,在云母表面均匀形成粒径较小的MBBT颗粒,云母有效抑制MBBT的结晶度。与纯MBBT相比,当m(云母):m(MBBT)=1:1时,云母/MBBT复合材料具有更高的防晒指数和紫外屏蔽性能。
Abstract:
Firstly, synthetic mica as a carrier was modified with the hydrogen dimethicone(KF-9901), which turned into hydrophobic mica; and then high performance mica/MBBT UV-shielding composites with different proportions were prepared by the method of solvent evaporation. The obtained composites were characterized with XRD, FT-IR, TG, TEM and UV-Vis techniques. The results showed that MBBT uniformly generated minor particles on the surface of mica after dissolution-recrystallization process, which suppressed the crystallinity of MBBT. Compared with pure MBBT, mica/MBBT composites are of higher sun protection factor(SPF)and better UV-shielding property when the mass ratio of mica and MBBT was 1:1.
