T3株为乙酸钙不动杆菌(Acinetobactercalcaceticus),能够降解苯甲酸和萘,含有6个质粒.降解萘的基因由染色体携带,降解苯甲酸的基因由pBT4质粒携带,pBT4质粒分子量为5.1Kb(3.37×106道尔顿),pBT4质粒有3个HindIII切点,3个BamHI切点.

The Acinetobacter calcaceticus T3 can degrad benzoic acid and naphthalene. It contains six plasmids. The chromosome carries the genes of degrading naphthalene, the plasmid pBT4 carries the genes of degrading benzoic acid. Molecular weight or the plasmid PBT4 is 5.1kb (3.37 ×106 doltons). The plasmid PBT4 has 3 Hind III sites and 3 Burn HI sites.
