摘要:
本文研究了用硫酸水解蚕蛹制备复合氨基酸及采用高压液相色谱分析复合氨基酸的方法.考察了溶剂用量对蚕蛹脱脂、硫酸用量和酸解时间对氨基酸收率的影响.
Abstract:
In this paper, the preparation or Composite amino acid from Silkworm pupa by Sulphuric acid hydrodysis and analysis of Composite amino acid by using HPLC have been Studied. The effects of the amount or extractant on silkworm pupa defatted, and the amount or Sulphuric acid and reaction time on the yields or Composite amino acid have also been investigsted.
