在四点弯曲装置上,测定了20号钢管道的JR阻力曲线,测试中发现,管道的柔度不仅与裂纹尺寸有关,而且还与荷载水平有关。试验表明,这是由于管道受载后,裂纹处管道截面变椭圆及由于管道弯曲变形导致加载过程中力臂的变化所引起。经理论分析计算扣除了这些因素的影响,修正了JR曲线。

JR resistance curve of the 20 steel piping in 103mm outer diameter with circumferential through--wall crack was measured on the four--point bending apparatus. It was found that the complianlce of pipe is not only related with the crack size but also with the loading level. It is mainly caused by the ovalization of the cracked cross section and the changing of the lever-arm while the pipe is deformed when being bended. The influence factor to the JR was deducted by theoretical analysis. and the JR curve was modified.
