摘要:
随着各种机动车辆的增加, 排放的废气中铅污染问题也日益突出。对新显色剂2 - (4 , 5 - 二甲基噻唑) 偶氮- 5 - 二甲氨基苯甲酸(DMTAMB) 与铅的显色反应进行了研究, 在pH= 6-0 的HAc ~NH4Ac 介质中, 表面活性剂NaLS 存在下, 铅与DMTAMB 形成稳定的1∶2 蓝色配合物, 其最大吸收峰位于610 n m , 摩尔吸光系数ε610 = 1-06 ×105 L·mol- 1·cm - 1 , 线性范围为(0 ~13-5) μg/50 m L。此反应选择性较好, 配合
Abstract:
With the increase of motor vehicles, pollution caused by lead in waste gas is getting more and more serious. In this report,the reaction of a new condition of the coloring agent (DMTAMB) with lead is described. In the HAc~NH 4Ac medium of pH value 6 0 in the existence of surface active agent NaLS,a steady 1∶2 blue complex is formed by DMTAMB with lead, and the maximum absorbance of the complex is at 610nm.Its apparent molar absorbability is 1 06×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 and the linear range is 0~13 5ug/50mL. The reaction has better selectivity, the complex is more stable, which can be used to determine directly lead on leaves or in the lake water by adding screen agent to eliminate the interference from other ions.
