摘要:
研究了一种汽油中铅的导数分光光度测定方法, 对建立高效、快速、简便、成本低的预处理方法进行了探索, 并研究了测定最佳条件、常见共存离子的干扰以及合理分光体系的选择。用碘- 正辛醇溶液处理油品, 将烷基铅转化为无机铅化合物, 并用硝酸提取至水相, 以盐酸- 氯化钠为介质体系, 用导数分光光度法测定铅含量。结果表明该方法适合测定铅含量大于50 μg·L- 1 的汽油。
Abstract:
A method of determining of lead in gasoline was studied by derivative spectrophotometry.A series of explorations have been made for developing an excellent,high speed,convenient and low-consumption method.Furthermore,optimum conditions,interference of coexisting ions and rational spectro-system were researched.The alkyl lead in gasoline was transformed into inorganic lead compound by the oxidation of iodine-n-octanol which was extracted into aqueous phase by 1 0 mol·L -1 HNO 3 and determined in the medium of 3 0mol·L -1 -2mol·L -1 NaCl solution by forth derivative spectrophotometry.The results showed the method could be applied to determine lead contents in gasoline which were more than 50μg·L -1 .
