摘要:
用高效液相色谱法测定了黄孢原毛平革菌品系BKM -F -1767 与10 mg/ L、50 mg/ L、100 mg/ L 的菲共培养液中菲的量的 变化。结果表明, 在摇床培养中菲的去除率为(93 ~ 100)%;而静置培养中, 去除率可达85 %。对培养方式, 培养基与培养容 器的体积比, 及缓冲液体系对菲的降解的影响进行了讨论。
Abstract:
The change of phenanthrene amounts in co -cultural liquid with BKM -F -1767 strain of Phanerochaete chrysosporium and 10mg/L , 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L phenanthrene was measured by HPLC in this paper .It was shown that the efficiency of phenanthrene removal was up to (93 ~ 100)% in shaking culture and 85 % in static culture .The influence of the culture methods , ratio of culture medium volume and flask volume , and buffer system on phenanthrene removal was discussed .
