摘要:
从常州西郊采土壤样品3 个, 进行细菌的富集及分离纯化。在产聚羟基烷酸(PHA) 的培养基上筛选了6 株PHA 产生 菌。通过形态培养特征和生理生化特性的研究, 将其中4 株鉴定为芽孢杆菌(Baci llus sp.)
Abstract:
Strains were isolated from three soil samples collected from west suburb of Changzhou .Totally six strains w hich can produce PHA were obtained with the beef extract medium containing 0.5 % glucose .According to the morphological and biochemical characterist ics , four st rains (41 , H2 , 6 -11 , 5 -10)w ere identified as Baci llus sp .
