摘要:
对用于制作冷作模具的两种高速钢W18C r4V 和W6Mo5C r4V2Al进行离子渗氮-PECVD TiN 复合处理, 研究了复合处理 层的组织与性能特点。结果表明:较之单一PECVD TiN , 离子渗氮-PEC VD TiN 复合处理改善膜基界面结合, 显著提高膜基 结合强度与耐磨性;采用优化的复合处理可提高高速钢制不锈钢六角螺栓切边模使用寿命一倍以上。
Abstract:
Duplex treatments of plasma nitriding -PECVD TiN films were employed for W18Cr4V and W6Mo5Cr4V2Al high speed steel .The structure and properties of the duplex -t reated layers were studied .The results show that the duplex -treatment amelio rates the state of the boundary between the film and the subst rate , and hence sig nificant ly improves the bonding strength and the wear resistance compared wi th the sing le deposition of TiN films .And when the opt imized duplex -t reatment w as employed to a die made of hig h speed steel for cut ting edge of cold -forming stainless steel bolts , the service life of the die w as more than doubled .
