摘要:
异丙隆是近年来新开发的除草剂品种。研究了在盐酸存在下, 以尿素代替光气在水溶液中与对异丙基苯胺反应生成中间 体对异丙基苯脲, 再与二甲胺水溶液反应制得异丙隆, 考察了原料摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间等对反应的影响。结果表明, 在适合条件下, 用尿素法可制得除草剂异丙隆, 且总收率可达80 %。
Abstract:
Isoproturon is a new kind of phenyl ureagroup herbicides.In the presence of aqueous chlorinhydride solut ion , instead of toxic phosgene , U rea reacted w ith P -isopropy l aniline in preparing the intermediate N - arylurea .Isoproturon was produced by N -arylurea which reacted w ith aqueous dimethylamine solution .The influences of the molar ratio of Urea to P -isopropyl aniline , reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of product were investigated .The results show ed :Under the suitable conditions , Isoproturon could be made by Urea method .The yield w as over 80 %.
