摘要:
报道了耐盐菌的一些特性。耐盐菌的生长速度随环境盐度的升高而下降;生长素可提高耐盐菌的生长速度和耐盐浓度。 重金属离子对耐盐菌的生长有明显的影响。同时还研究了, NaCl 和Na2SO4 混合盐对耐盐菌的影响。
Abstract:
The paper reports a number of natures of facultative halophiles .By the time the environmental salt concent ration rises , its rate of growth drops .The growth factor can raise the rate of g row th and saline tolerance of the facultative halophiles .Heavy metal ions have an effect on g row th .Together , a study w as made on how mixed salt of NaCl and Na2SO4 affected grow th of facultative halophiles .
