摘要:
从土壤中分离得到以多菌灵生产农药废水为唯一碳源生长的13 株菌, 经鉴定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp .)。采用 SBR 工艺, 将13 株菌混合接入反应器中, 运用正交试验确定SBR 工艺最佳运行条件, 表明13 株菌具有良好的降解能力, SBR 工艺在多菌灵农药废水处理中有明显优势。
Abstract:
Thirteen strains were isolated from the soil in Changzhou , which could degrade the wastewater of carbendazim pesticide .All the bacteria were identified , as Pseudomomas sp ..During the experiments , SBR w as applied , and thi rteen strains of bacteria were used together in the SBR blanket to degrade the wastewater . Moreover , the orthogonal tests were used to find the optimum conditions .The results showed that thirteen strains of bacteria have a high degrading ability , and SBR process has an advantage in the t reatment of w astew ater of carbendazim pesticide .
