摘要:
采用机械合金化方法得到了Nd-Fe-P 3 元合金, 然后用盐酸(1∶1) 进行后处理, 得到Nd2Fe12P7 单相粉粒。其晶格参 数为a =9.280 A , c=3.705 A 。通过对晶体衍射谱强度的计算, 给出了Nd2Fe12P7 晶体中各原子的具体位置。
Abstract:
The ternary Nd -Fe -P compound w as prepared by mechanical alloy .Usually , each specimen consisted of many dif ferent phases .When the stoichiometry w as near the atomic ratio 1∶5∶3 , the phase of Nd2Fe12 P7 w as the majo r in the specimen .Some phases contained in the specimens were dissolved in hy drochloric acid (1 ∶1) and then the single phase of Nd2Fe12P7 was obtained .The compound of Nd2Fe12P7 belongs to the Zr2Fe12P7 -type st ructure and w as paramag netic , it s lat tice constant w as a =9.280 A , c =3.705 A .The position of each atom in Nd2Fe12P7 crystal w as obtained by calculating the dif fractive intensity .
