摘要:
对渗铝过程中可能发生的化学反应进行了热力学计算, 根据热力学原理及扩散理论, 研究了渗剂中铝原子向钢件表面传 递的过程, 并导出了估算HK40 钢渗铝动力学方程的计算方法, 应用此法计算所得的数值与实验结果基本吻合。
Abstract:
The reactions that may occur during aluminization w ere determined through the thermo -dy namical analy sis .Acco rding to the principles of thermo -dynamics and diffusion , the aluminum t ransport from the powder to the surface of the steel was studied and a method that evaluates the kinetic parameter of HK40 steel was developed .The result show s that the method of predicting the kinetics of pack aluminization of HK40 steel was in agreement w ith experimental data .
