报道了L- 3 菌株的分离、筛选及鉴定。L- 3 菌株是革兰氏阴性专性好氧菌, 毛发体无色、滑行、毛发体具屈绕性, 在 限氧条件下可诱导合成一种血红蛋白。血红蛋白用N, N, N', N'- 四甲基- 对苯二胺来鉴定, 迅速生成紫色标志血红蛋白存 在。L- 3 菌株可积累PHB, 被鉴定为透明颤菌( Vi treoscil la sp. ) 。L- 3 菌株细胞提取液经过电泳, 显出细胞内蛋白在供氧和 限氧条件下的差异
Abstract:
The strain L- 3 was a Gram- negat ive obligate aerobe. The L- 3 was described as a group of hairy cirrose filament colorless, gliding microorganisms that were essent ially colorless non- sulfide- oxidizing begg iatoas. The strain L- 3 cells formed chains of cells w ith the distinct separat ions betw een cells. The strain L- 3 contained Vi treoscil la Hemoglobin ( VHb) in cells, Vi treoscilla Hemoglobin w as tested w ith N, N, N??, N??, - tet ramethyl- p- phenylendiamine. Rapid format ion of a purple colour was considered as positive. T he strain L- 3 contained the poly- ??- hydroxybutyrate acid ( PHB) . The st rain L- 3 w as named Vit reoscillasp. . T he V it reoscilla??s most important property was the ability to produce the Vitr eoscil la Hemog lobin ( VHb) by dissolved oxygen at the level of rest rict ion. The VHb part icipated oxygen binding in the process of cell metabolism and growth in the hy poxic habitats.
