摘要:
苏南地区城市化水平日益提高, 城市用水量日渐增加, 而水环境却受到严重污染, 可资供水量日益减少, 属水质型缺水 地区。水的持续利用是社会发展的后盾, 控制污染和资源有效利用与经济发展必须作为一个整体, 针对苏南水污染缺水找出污 染根源, 并提出相关的减污与节水相结合的措施。
Abstract:
The urbanized level of the southern Jiang su was increasingly improved, and the amount of water consumption constant ly increased, but the w ater environment had been seriously polluted, furthermore the water resources that could be used w ere smaller and smaller. These cities belonged to polluted cities of water pollution shortage. The sustainable use of water resources was the backing of social development , therefore pollution control, effective use of water resources and development of economy must be united as a whole. This paper found out the pollution source of water shortage, and presented the methods of the pollution control and economizing on water.
