摘要:
讨论了分散剂分子碳-碳主链长度、支链结构、C =C 双键及羟基等结构因素对有机溶剂系统中Al2O3 流延浆料稳定性的 影响;简述了分散剂添加量对浆料稳定性的影响, 并解释了相关现象;在此基础上提出了一种新的方法, 即利用不同分散剂的 共同作用来提高分散效果, 为更有效地选择和使用Al2O3 流延浆料分散剂提供参考。
Abstract:
Influences of molecular architecture of dispersants , such as length of carbon -carbon main chain , architecture of side chain , existence of carbon -carbon double bond and hydroxy , on the stability of nonaqueous alumina suspensions for tape casting were reviewed and discussed in detail.Effect of dosage of dispersants on stability of suspensions was described , and the correlative phenomena were explained .A new method using different dispersants at one time to increase the dispersion ef fect was proposed based on the author′s calculation result s using Casson model.This paper might be helpful for selecting and more ef fectively using dispersant s for suspensions of tape casting .
