对二甲基丙烯酸酯进行原子转移自由基(AT RP) 交联聚合, 通过示差扫描量热方法研究了过渡金属卤化物、配体和反 应温度对二甲基丙烯酸酯AT RP 交联聚合动力学的影响。结果表明CuBr 、CuCl 和FeCl2 可以催化二甲基丙烯酸酯的ATRP 交联 聚合, 催化活性的顺序从大到小为FeC l2 、CuBr 、CuC l。配体对二甲基丙烯酸酯AT RP 交联聚合具有较大的影响, TEDETA 作 为配体时聚合速率最快, 双键转化率最高。升高温度可以提高聚合反应速率和双键转化率, 其表观活化能为81.5 kJ/ mol 。
Abstract:
The reaction kinetics for the atom t ransfer radical polymerization (ATRP)of polyethylene glycol dimethacrylates (PEGDMA)w as investigated by differential scanning calorimetry .The ef fects of transition metal halides , ligands and reaction temperatures on the polymerization rate and double bond conversion w ere discussed .The results show ed that CuBr , CuCl and FeCl2 could serve as the catalyst to initiate the ATRP of PEGDMA , with the activity order :FeCl2 , CuBr , CuCl .The st ructure of ligandst rongly influenced the kinetics of the AT RP .The fastest polymerization rate and the highest double bond conversion were observed when TEDETA was used as the ligand .Raising temperature could increase both polymerization rate and double bond conversion .The activation energies for the A TRP of PEGDMA w as 81.5 kJ/mol.
