基于热传导理论和优化分析方法, 提出了原油管输过程热经济性定义、评价参数、评价方法, 并实例介绍了建立动态评 价曲线的过程, 讨论了评价曲线的特点。评价曲线基于优化分析结果。应用评价曲线可以确定热经济性良好的输量范围, 预测 经济加热耗油指标, 动态评价当前输量下管道总体热经济性程度, 动态评价输送方案的合理性, 并及时动态提出优化调整方 案。根据全线实际加热耗油量, 还可动态评估热站的综合运行效率。误差分析则表明, 在评价曲线输量范围, 即使土壤含水率 和导热系数较大, 输量变化对K 值从而对评价曲线的影响是有限的, 应用基于反算K 值建立的动态评价曲线是可行的。
Abstract:
Based on the relative theory and operation optimization method , the definition , assessment parame2 ters and dynamic assessment method of heating economics about buried thermal oil pipeline were outlined in the paper. The method of const ructing assessment plots was presented by a practical example. The behavior of the assessment plot was discussed and an evaluation process was performed. By means of the plot s the range of economic discharge capacity and the index of heating oil consumption for transportation can be determined. The state of heating economics for practice operation scheme can be dynamically estimated by comparing the information obtained by thermal analysis according to these running parameters with that from the assessment plots. The efficiency of heating stations can be predicted if the oil amount consumed in furnaces were known. The tolerance influence on assessment plots caused by the change of discharge rate was discussed for five different soil conditions. The results show that the tolerance was small in the definition domain of the plots , even if the soil has high water content and large coefficient of heat conductivity relatively. The method can be used to dynami2 cally perform the heating economics assessment for crude oil pipelines.
