马氏体耐热型不锈钢是超耐热 、 超强度合金钢, 属于难加工材料 。 结合切削试验的数据分析 , 讨论了 马氏体耐热型不 锈 钢的机械性能 、 PV D 涂层和 CV D 涂层刀具的比对 、 以及切削用量的选择
Abstract:
Martensite high - tem perature stainless steel is hard to cut , as a kind of heat resistant and high streng th alloyed steel . With cutting experiments , its mechanical propertie sare analyzed , characteristics and its wear between the P V D and CV D coated cemented carbide tool sare compared , and cutting conditions are optimized .
