摘要:
以α-溴代异丁酸叔丁酯(t-BBiB) 为引发剂, CuBr/ 2 , 2′-联吡啶(Bpy) 为催化体系, 甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M MA) 为 单体, 双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA) 为支化单体, 苯甲醚为溶剂, 在90 ℃下经原子转移自由基聚合(AT RP) 反应合成 支化聚合物。用气相色谱(GC)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、多角激光散射仪(M ALLS) 等分别对聚合反应过程和聚合物性能进 行了分析和表征。研究结果表明:该体系反应初期主要生成含有悬垂双键的初级链, 后期悬垂双键被引发使初级链偶合生成支 化聚合物。随着聚合反应的进行, 分子质量增大, Zimm 相对支化因子g′变小, 支化程度变大。
Abstract:
The branching polymeri zation of methy l methacrylate was carried out via atom t ransfer radical po lymerization at 90 ℃ with ethylene glycol dimethy l acry late as the branching agent , te rt -buty l -2 - bromoisobuty rate and ani sole were used as the initiator and the solvent .The obtained polymers were characterized by GC , GPC and MALLS , etc .The formation of highly branched molecules mainly occurs at the last stages of the reactio n by the reaction of the pendent double bonds .The branching degree of the resulting po lymers increased with molecular weight .
