摘要:
以分析纯的Co2O3 和Fe ( NO3 ) 3 ·9H 2 O 为原料, 用常规工艺, 在1 270 ℃ 下烧结1 h 制备了CoFe2 O4 陶瓷, 作为铁磁 相; 铁电相为购自美国的PZT 502 粉体烧制成的陶瓷。将这两种材料切割成长片状, 并叠层复合成为3 和7 层的2 - 2 复合材 料。研究了外加磁场和频率对复合材料的磁电耦合效应的影响; 当叠层数为7 时, 复合材料的磁电耦合系数达到234.6 m V/ ( cm · Oe) 、感应电压达2.3 V。
Abstract:
Using Co2 O3 and Fe ( NO3 ) 3 ?? 9H2O as precursor s, CoFe2O4 ceramics used as ferr omagnetic phase had been prepared via t radit ional cer amics process. The sintering temperatur e w as 1 270 ℃?? . PZT 502 ceramics as ferr oelect ric phase w as fabricated f rom PZT pow der w hich w as bought f rom Mor gan Technical Ceramics, USA. Both of the ceramics w ere cut into long slices. Mag neto/ elect ric 2- 2 composites had been fabricated v ia laminat ing PZT 502 and CoFe2O4 cer amic slices. The effect of bias field and driving f requency on mag neto- electric ( M- E) t ransition ef ficiency w as invest ig ated. The mag neto- electric t rans-i t ion eff iciency of 234.6 mV/ ( cm·Oe) was achiev ed for compo sites with 7 layers and the inducted voltage w as found to be 2.3 V.
