摘要:
依据API- SPEC 6A- 2004 ??井口装置和采油树规范?? 对油管头四通设计的要求, 运用ANSYS 软件对油管头四通进行 有限元应力分析设计, 分别对其设计条件、水压试验和防喷试验3 种情况进行有限元计算, 并按照ASME ?? - 2 规范要求, 通 过等效线性化方法对有限元计算结果进行应力分类处理和评定, 证明油管头四通结构在设计条件下是安全可靠的。
Abstract:
Finite element st ress analyt ical design of tubing head spo ol w as carried out using ANSYS sof tw are accor ding to Specif icat io ns for Wellhead and Chr istmas T ree Equipment ( API- SPEC 6A - 2004) . There are three kinds of load cases: w orking pressure, hy drostat ic body test pressure and pressure loads from Blow o ut preventer. Three kinds of lo ad cases w ere analyzed acco rding to A SME ?? - 2, and also the st ress classif icat io n of result s by f inite element metho d w as made by the equivalent linearizatoin method. The results show that the structure of tubing head spool is verif ied safe and reliable under design condition.
