摘要:
针对油田注水管道中腐蚀速率受到多种因素的影响, 提出了基于关联分析的多因素灰色模型群预测方法。通过实例应用 表明, 基于关联分析的多因素灰色模型群预测方法预测得到的腐蚀速率和实测值能较好吻合, 预测精度较高, 且计算所需数据 少, 计算量小, 适用于油田注水管道、油气输送管道等复杂腐蚀体系的腐蚀速率预测。
Abstract:
It is to be noted that the corr osion rate of the w ater injecting pipeline in oil f ield is influenced by many factors. T her efore the gr ey forecast ing models based on relat io nal analysis o f mult i- factor w as put fo rw ard. The applicat ion of the ex ample indicated that the fo recast ing data o btained by the g rey fo recast ing models is in complete ag reement w ith field data and the forecasting precision is goo d, w ith few data used fo r calculat ion. The g rey forecast ing mo dels can be applied to the co rrosion rate forecast o f the complex cor rosion system such as w ater inject ing pipeline in oil field and oil and g as t ransport ing pipeline.
