摘要:
采用超声波对活性炭进行改性, 并考察了改性活性炭用量m 、吸附时间t 、操作温度θ的变化对亚甲基蓝水样脱色的影 响。实验证明在活性炭用量0.04 g , 吸附时间350 min , 操作温度70 ℃条件下, 达到了改性活性炭饱和吸附量195.68 mg · g -1 , 亚甲基蓝水样平衡质量浓度0.759 mg · L -1 的最佳吸附效果。改性活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学方 程, 相关系数R 2 >0.99 。同时对亚甲基蓝通过活性炭固定床的穿透曲线进行了研究。
Abstract:
The activ ated carbon w as modif ied by ul trasonic wave , and the effect s of the amount o f activated carbon , the adsorptio n time , and the temperature on the removal ratio o f methylene blue w ere investig ated .The experimental resul ts indicated that the best adsorption ef fect w ith qe =195.68 mg · g -1 , ρe =0.759 mg · L-1 at 0.04 g of amount , 350 min of adso rption time and 70 ℃.The so rption kinetics of methy lene blue on modified activated carbo n f it ted the law s of pseudo -seco nd order kinet ics , and R2 >0.99 . The breakthrough curve s o f methy lene blue in the fixed -bed of modif ied activ ated carbon were measured at the same t ime
