摘要:
提出了利用膨润土对表面活性剂的吸附来实现有机膨润土合成- 吸附一体化吸附处理染料的方法。以阴离子染料Orange Ⅱ为例, 对一体化工艺主要工艺参数如表面活性剂的量和种类、p H、无机盐对染料去除率的影响进行了研究。结果表明: 阳离 子表面活性剂有利于Orange Ⅱ的吸附; 较高浓度的阴离子、非离子表面活性剂对Orange Ⅱ吸附过程有轻微影响, 并随其质量 浓度的增大被膨润土所吸附去除; 一体化工艺受p H 和无机盐质量浓度影响较小。
Abstract:
A novel met hod of integrative process for bentonite modification and dye adsorption was investi2 gated. The anion dye Orange Ⅱwas taken as an example for t he study of it s removal . The effect s of t he category and dose of surfactant and t he p H and t he inorganic salt on t he removal were st udied. The result s showed that cation surfactant is usef ul for adsorption of Orange Ⅱ; t here was a slight effect on t he remov2 al wit h high concent rations of anion and non - ionic surfactant s , which can be adsorbed by bentonite wit h t he increasing of it s concent ration. The effect of p H and t he inorganic salt could be neglected. Key words
