摘要:
利用热重分析( T G) 在不同升温速率( 10, 20, 30, 40 K/ min ) 和氮气气氛下对纯聚碳酸酯( PC ) 和阻燃聚碳酸酯 ( FRPC) 的热稳定性进行研究。根据TG 曲线, 采用5 种热分析处理动力学数据的方法, 计算PC 和FRPC 热分解反应活化能E 和频率因子A , 并对处理方法进行比较。结果表明, 采用不同的处理方法, 得出的热分解动力学参数略有差别, 但都得出了阻 燃聚碳酸酯的活化能比纯聚碳酸酯的活化能高, 说明阻燃聚碳酸酯有着更好的热稳定性。
Abstract:
T he thermal g ravimet ric analysis ( TG) w as used to study the thermal stability of pure polycarbonate ( PC) and halo gen- f ree flame- retarded polycar bo nate ( FRPC) at heat ing rate of 10, 20, 30, 40 K/ min in the fluid o f N2 . T he heat ing rate inf luence on the ener gy w as discussed and preex ponent ial facto rs w er e evaluated f rom common TG ex periment curve by f ive sor ts of different mathemat ical metho ds. It w as found that the act iv at ion energ ies w ere EPC< EFRPC and halogen- f ree f lame- retarded poly carbonate had bet ter thermal stabilities.
