摘要:
研究了铝和氯化铝催化苯胺与丙烯的烷基化反应, 考察了催化剂、反应温度、反应压力、反应时间对反应的影响, 得出 优化条件为: n ( Al) ∶n ( AlCl 3) = 3∶1, n ( 苯胺) ∶ n ( 催化剂) = 10∶ 1, 反应温度300- 310 e , 反应压力4.0 - 6.0 MPa, 苯胺转化率达到90%, 2, 6- 二异丙基苯胺选择性达到50%, 可选择性地得到邻异丙基苯胺和2, 6- 二异丙基苯胺。
Abstract:
Alkylat ion of aniline w ith pro py lene using aluminum anilide and aluminium chloride as catalysts w as studied. T he ef fect s of catalyst s, reaction temper ature, react ion pr essure and react ion t ime on alky lat ion w ere invest igated. A n o pt imum product io n condit ion w as obtained by the experiment s in which the molar rat io of aluminium to aluminium chlo ride is 3 B 1, the molar r at io o f aniline to catalysts is 10 B1, reactio n temperature is around 300- 310 e and the reactio n pressure is abo ut 41 0- 61 0 MPa. Under opt-i mum conditio ns, the conversio n r ate of aniline and the select ivity of yielding 2, 6- diisopr opy laniline during alky lat ion react ion could r each 90% and 50% , respect ively. T he selective synthesis o f o- isopropylan-i l ine or 2, 6- diisopropylaniline w as achieved.
