摘要:

正己烷和乙酸乙酯形成最低共沸物, 以丙酮为共沸剂, 采用共沸精馏方法分离。应用ASPENPLUS 软件进行模拟以丙酮 为共沸剂, 分离正己烷、乙酸乙酯混合物的流程。确定了共沸精馏塔的最佳操作条件, 即共沸剂丙酮的用量为74 kg/ h, 回流 比为1?? 5, 原料的进料位置为第14 块板, 丙酮的进料位置为第四块板, 此时, 塔釜乙酸乙酯的质量分数可达99?? 9%以上。

Abstract:

In order to separate n- hex ane- ethy l acetae azeot rope, azeo tr opic dist illat ion was used w ith acetone as ent rainer. A spenplus so ftw are w as used to simulate the azeot ropic dist illat ion f low sheet. Ef fects of dif ferent facto rs on the azeo tr opic dist illat ion w ere analy zed and opt imized. When the acetone f low r ate w as 74 kg/ h, the reflux ratio w as 1?? 5, feed position w as the 14th theoret ical plate and feed positio n of aceto ne w as 4th theo ret ical plate, the mass fract ion o f ethyl acetate reached 99?? 9% in tow er bo ttom.
