摘要:
以醋酸锌和硫粉为原料, N , N -二甲基甲酰胺(DMF) 为溶剂, 经微波加热法快速制备ZnS 空心亚微米球。所得产物 用X -射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和高分辨透射电子显微镜等进行表征。结果表明, 产物为由3 - 4 nm 小粒子组成的空心亚微米球, 单分散性较好。此外, 还讨论了形成过程及其影响因素, 并用紫外-可见光谱仪和荧光光谱 仪研究了所得产物的光学性质。
Abstract:
Hollow ZnS sub -micro spheres w ere synthesized from ZnA c2 ·2H2O and S pow der via microw ave heating .The N , N -dime thylformamide (DMF)was selected as so lvent .The structure and mo rpholog y of the pro duct s we re characterized by the X -ray pow der diff ract ion , scanning elect ron micro scopy , transmission elect ro n microscopy and high -resolut ion t ransmission electro n microscopy .The re sults show that the pro duct s obtained are monodispersed hollow sub -micro spheres composed of small nanoparticle s w ith the size of 3 -4 nm .In addit ion , the reactio n process and the ef fect o f the products were discussed .The optical propert ies of the pro duct s w ere al so investig ated using UV -vis spect ropho tometer and fluo rescence spect ropho tometer .
