摘要:
以直馏汽油为原料, 采用初步精馏、萃取精馏、深度精馏分级工艺分离正庚烷和甲基环己烷。结果表明: 在塔板数13 块, 回流时间12 m in, 塔顶温度90- 106 e 等条件下, 可以将原料中正庚烷和甲基环己烷混合含量从14%提浓得到70% 以上。 根据正庚烷和甲基环己烷的极性不同, 采用单级循环汽液平衡方法选择萃取剂。实验表明: 醇A 可将正庚烷和甲基环己烷的相 对挥发度从1.075 提高到1.422。以上述浓缩液为原料, 以醇A 为萃取剂进行萃取精馏, 经As pen Plus 软件模拟分离正庚烷和 甲基环己烷, 最终得到96.26%的正庚烷和92.10%的甲基环己烷。
Abstract:
A nov el method of separat ing n - heptane and methylcyclohex ane f rom dist illat ion gaso line via dist illat ion, ext ract ive dist illation and deep dist illat ion w ere established in the research. The result s show that the concent rat ion of n- heptane and methylcyclohex ane increased f rom 14% to 70% under 90- 106 e temperature at top tow er using 13 dist illat io n tow er column plates and 12 min r ef lux. Furthermo re, due to the fact that n- heptane and methyl cyclo hex ane have dif ferent polarities, the select ion of ext ract ion so-l v ent s w as done using the single stag e circulat ion equilibrium cell. Experimental result s indicate that the volat ility of n- heptane and methyl cyclohex ane increased f rom 11 075 to 11 422 by alco ho l A. T he study chose the concentr ated oil as raw material, alcohol A as ext racting ag ent fo r dist il lat ion ext ract ing. By the simulat io n of Aspen Plus so ftw are, 961 26% n- heptane and 921 10% methyl- cyclohex ane w ere obtained at last .
