摘要:
采用化学沉淀剂MgCl2 · 6H 2O 和NaH 2PO4 · 2H2 O 与制药废水中NH + 4 反应, 生成磷酸铵镁沉淀, 探讨了不同操作条 件对氨氮去除率的影响。在pH 为9.0 -9.5 的条件下, 投加的药剂n (Mg2 +) ∶n (NH + 4 ) ∶n (PO3- 4 ) 为1.2 ∶1.0 ∶1.3 时, 废水氨氮的去除率达99 %以上, 氨氮的质量浓度经二次化学沉淀处理后由28 869 mg · L -1 降至200 mg · L -1 。
Abstract:
By reaction of chemical precipi tatio n agents MgCl2 · 6H2O w ith NaH2PO4 ·2H2O and NH + 4 in the pharmaceutical w aste w ater , magnesium ammonium phosphate precipitation w as generated .At the same time , this paper discussed the rate of ammo nia ni t ro gen removal under the dif fe rent ope ra tion conditions .When dosing pharmaceut ical n (Mg2 +) ∶n (N H+ 4 ) ∶n (PO3 - 4 )w as 1.2 ∶1.0 ∶1.3 , eff luent ammonia ni trog en remov al rate reached more than 99 % and the mass concentrat ion o f ammonia through the seco ndary treatment by chemical precipi tation decreased f rom 28 869 mg · L-1 to 200 mg · L-1 unde r the condi tions of the pH 9.0 -9.5 .
