2- 溴- 6- 氟甲苯是重要的医药中间体, 以2- 氨基- 6- 硝基甲苯为原料经加特曼重氮盐取代、还原和希曼反应制得2 - 溴- 6- 氟甲苯, 目标产品的收率为511 8%。研究了工艺条件对每步反应的影响, 中间产品和目标产品的结构经IR、MS、1 H NMR 得到确证。
Abstract:
2- Bromo- 6- fluoro to luene is an impor tant medical intermediate. 2- Bromo- 6- f luor otoluene w as prepared f rom 2- Amino- 6- nit roto luene by Gat termann diazonium salt subst itut ion react ion, reduct ion react ion and Schiemann reactio n. T he yield of target pro duct w as 511 8% . The technolog ical condit ions about the react ions w ere studied. The st ructure of the intermediates and targ et pr oduct w as -i dent ified by IR、MS and 1H NMR.
