摘要:
利用传输矩阵法研究了由两种单负材料构成的一维周期性结构的透射谱。研究发现,单负材料光子晶体中存在着一个特殊的禁带,禁带宽度取决于两种单负材料的厚度比,而与晶格常数、入射角无关。在光子晶体中引入缺陷,可以在禁带中出现局域模。随着缺陷层厚度的增加,局域模向低频方向移动。随着入射角的增大,局域模会发生改变。在一定条件下,可以实现TE或TM局域模的全向透射
Abstract:
Using Transfer matrix method, the transmission spectrum ofone-dimensional periodic structure composed of two single-negative materials has been studied.It has been found that there is a special forbidden band in photonic crystal. The bandgap depends on the thickness ratio of the two single-negative materials, but it has no relation with lattice constant and the angle of incidence. Local mode in the forbidden band results with the introduction of defects. The local mode moves in the direction of low frequency as the defect layer thickness increases,and it also changes as the angle of incidence increases. The omnidirectional transmission of TE or TM local mode can be achieved under certainconditions.
