摘要:
用同时蒸馏萃取法对淮安产新鲜菊花脑花精油进行了提取,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法对其进行了化学成分分析,用DPPH自由基清除法进行了抗氧化活性研究,同时对比了不同产地菊花脑精油化学成分差异。化学成分分析表明,从淮安产菊花脑花精油中检测出了44种成分,主要为萜类:γ-松油烯(13.86%)、水芹烯(6.37%)、左旋乙酸龙脑酯(13.41%)、莰烯(4.05%)、乙酸α-蒎烯酯(4.53%)、α-红没药醇(3.52%)、樟脑(2.84%),另外还含有1-甲氧基-2-丁醇(21.55%)。抗氧化试验表明,淮安产菊花脑花精油具有弱的抗氧化活性。与其他产地的精油化学成分比较,组成的萜类种类、含量有所不同; 其次其他种类化合物也有较大的差别,且淮安产含有较多的具有抗菌和防晒的组分。研究结果说明,淮安产菊花脑花是提取天然抗菌剂以及天然防晒化妆品的一种植物资源。
Abstract:
The essential oil of fresh flower of Chrysanthemum nankingense of Huaian was extracted by the simultaneous distillation extraction. The chemical components of the essential oil were analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and its antioxidant activity was measured by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH). The different components of the essential oil of Chrysanthemum nankingense from different places were compared. Results show that the essential oil of Chrysanthemum nankingense of Huaian contains 44 different components and the major components of it were terpenes and their oxides. Compared with the essential oils from other places, it contains different kinds of terpenes and the contents of them were also different. So were other components of it. The components are γ-terpinene(13.86%),.alpha.-phellandrene(6.37%),1,7,7-trimethyl-bicyclo[2.2.1] heptan-2-ol,acetate(13.41%), camphene(4.05%), 2,6,6-trimethyl-bicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2-en-4-ol, acetate(4.53%),.alpha.-bisabolol(3.52%), camphor(2.84%)et al. It shows weak antioxidant activity andthe components have the function of antimicrobial and sunscreen cosmetic.
